Update on the Third Annual Harold Radewahn Memorial Blood Drive

Of the sixty registered donors, fifty were able to attend the blood drive. Thirty-eight units of blood were donated. Each unit has the potential to be used for plasma, platelets, and red cells. If the Blood Center would choose to use our units in this way one hundred-seventeen patients would be helped. This was the largest of our three drives. Many thanks for volunteering, attending and donating. Let’s make our goal for 2009 to exceed this total.
